Acceptable Use: TAG VPN may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use TAG VPN to engage in illegal activity, circumvent laws, transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Subscription and Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period. Prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee — contact support within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
Service Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for damages caused by temporary service unavailability.
Intellectual Property: All TAG VPN software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of TAG VPN and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAG VPN's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TAG VPN is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by local law.
Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
